Legal Assistance

There are three finishing lines to a divorce.

Firstly, mutual agreement, which is cheap, quick and easy, but not necessarily fair.

Secondly, mediation, which is more expensive, requires a little more waiting, but provides a professional analysis and recommendation for separation.

While this recommendation is not legally binding, it can be agreed upon or even made legally binding for around £500.

Thirdly, Court. This is expensive (think 10 to 20 thousand pounds each), slow and unpleasant, but gets a final, definite verdict.
