The big 4

Almost every divorce will need the following:
Application for a divorce or dissolution (or ending a civil partnership) This is what you fill in to start the divorce.
Respond to a divorce, dissolution, or (judicial) separation application. This is what the other person needs to fill in to confirm receipt.
Conditional Order - Confirming that the court does not see any reason why you cannot divorce or separate. You fill this in and a judge approves it.
Notice of application for a conditional order to be made final. This is you confirming you want to terminate the marriage.
It would also be EXTREMELY wise to correct your insurance and Will during this process. Please see our guide HERE
